Strengthening the ICT Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) through capacity building
Finland and Estonia joined forces with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of Tanzania to plan and implement a 5-day training on ICT Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) training in Dodoma, 25.8-29.8.2025. European experts organised intensive training and workshops in the areas of:
- Identification and Management of CII
- Integrity and Authenticity of CII-related Data
- Auditing and Inspection of CII
- Risk Assessment for CII
- Disaster Recovery Planning for CII.
In addition to training sessions, consisting nearly 30 different topics, our experts launched a table-top exercise to cover the weeks lessons with in-practise cases in Tanzania. The strong commitment and experience-sharing from the participants made it possible to learn tangible new skills. Participants brought real-life challenges from the field, and together with European experts, the solutions that go beyond theory, into practical action, were developed.
Cooperation of different organizations and experts globally build safer and more resilient infrastructure both in Tanzania and beyond.
