Management Team Assessment and Coaching
The purpose of management team assessment and coaching is to provide an accurate picture of the management team’s operations. The assessment helps to understand how team members perceive the team’s functioning, their own roles, and the team’s place within the organization. After the assessment, it’s easier to identify the team’s strengths and development needs and to direct the team’s activities and development to the right areas through tailored coaching.

360-Degree Assessment
The State 360-Degree Assessment supports competent practices and a coaching work culture in the state. It’s a tool for public administration supervisors and leaders to request and provide feedback, helping them develop their leadership. The State 360 is available in the Osaava system, and Palkeet assists agencies as needed in conducting the survey. HAUS supports agencies by providing certified coaches to deliver feedback when an external professional is desired and by training the state’s own feedback providers.
