Coaching
The goal of coaching is to foster individual or team thinking or to break free from ineffective or harmful attitudes and thought patterns. Coaching is goal-oriented and forward-looking: it looks back only as much as is necessary to understand the present. A coach does not provide ready-made answers but empathetically helps the coachee progress toward their own goals.
- Individual coaching offers personalized support for expanding thinking, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and increasing self-awareness.
- Group coaching aims to broaden both individual and group understanding and strengthen operational capacity. It promotes community, the emergence and embedding of agile working models, as well as work-life skills and well-being. Group coaching is an effective way to work goal-orientedly, for example, to solve challenges related to group dynamics and internal functioning.
Session durations:
- Individual sessions: 60 or 90 minutes
- Group sessions: 90–180 minutes
- Coaching can be conducted either in-person or remotely

Work Supervision
Work supervision involves examining, evaluating, and developing one’s work in interaction with a trained supervisor. In supervision, one learns to identify work-related problems from different perspectives. Individual supervision focuses on supporting the supervisee in changing and often demanding situations. Group supervision is a method where, for example, roles, responsibilities, and practices related to work and the work community are clarified through group discussions, allowing different perspectives to be brought into the conversation.
