I work as a Resident Twinning Adviser in EU-funded Digital for Tanzania (D4T) Twinning project. I live and work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Digital for Tanzania (D4T) Twinning project contributes to the successful digital transformation of Tanzania by supporting e-Government reform and connectivity in the fields of cyber security, privacy, data protection, data governance, interoperability, and digital public infrastructure. I have more than 20 years of experience on public sector digital transformation, e.g. leading the development of Suomi.fi-services.
