Twinning: Support to Digitalization Agenda in Kyrgyzstan, 10/2021-10/2023

Technical support to accelerate progress on the achievement of the interlinked Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular Goal 9 “Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation”.  Capacity building of the State Committee of Information Technologies and Communication to manage and participate in e-governance as well as promote transparency and accountability in line with the Digital Transformation Concept “Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023” and its Roadmap.
