Nina Niva

With over 20 years of international experience, I am a seasoned public sector advisor and project management professional with extensive expertise in public administration reform, capacity development and international cooperation.

I have in long- and short-term expert assignments in nearly 30 countries across Central Asia, the Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Africa, including Tanzania, Zambia and Namibia. My areas of expertise include anti-corruption, rule of law, human resource development, strategic leadership, digital transformation and capacity development.

I have solid experience in the implementation and management of international development and EU-funded projects, including project coordination and management, monitoring, budget and risk management, and stakeholder cooperation. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with ministries, public and private institutions, international organisations and experts, supporting institutional development, sustainable reforms and knowledge exchange across countries.
