Janne Marjanen

I am Janne Marjanen, Senior Specialist and Technology & Program Lead at HAUS. In my work, I am a systems thinker and builder, operating at the intersection of strategy, services, and technology. I have a strong ability to connect complex concepts, make them understandable, and build practical solutions together with different stakeholders.

At the core of my work are organisation-wide development efforts that bring together service design, processes, data, and AI. I don’t approach change technology-first — instead, I focus on how solutions support our goals, customer value, and a sustainable way of working.

As Program Lead, I am responsible for HAUS’s modern learning solutions.
