Support to the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (KIPA), 01/2005 – 01/2006

Creation of an efficient and professional public administration in Kosovo by enhancing the professional capacity of civil servants through strengthening the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration. The overall objective of the project is that KIPA provide quality systematic, client-oriented, core in-service training as well as targeted training to Kosovo civil servants at all levels of government.
