Kerttu Auvinen

My name is Kerttu Auvinen, and I serve as Project Manager for the EU-funded Public Administration Reform in the Republic of Moldova project, which supports public administration reform in Moldova, as well as Project Manager for the Finnish component of the EU Cyber Balkans II project.

The Moldova project aims to strengthen the capacity of Moldova’s public administration to implement reforms related to the country’s EU accession path. HAUS specifically supports public sector development, the modernization of human resource management, and the practical implementation of reforms.

The EU Cyber Balkans II project seeks to enhance cybersecurity capacities across the Western Balkans. HAUS contributes by improving the availability of cybersecurity professionals and strengthening organizations’ ability to attract, recruit, and effectively utilize cybersecurity talent.

I hold a degree in social sciences and have worked in the fields of international relations, peacebuilding, and development cooperation across Europe and Africa. I am particularly motivated by opportunities to support societies undergoing profound transformation and change, and to strengthen the capacity of individuals, communities, and institutions to adapt, innovate, and respond to evolving needs.
