Twinning: Capacity building of the Zambian Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA), 02/2013 – 02/2015

Support ZPPA transition period from Tender Board, which was responsible for conducting tenders, to regulatory body of the public procurement in Zambia. Strengthen institutional capacity of ZPPA to implement its new mandate through providing short-term expertise in jointly identified strategic areas and complementing ZPPAs broader long-term reform efforts.
