HAUS study visits in public sector attract internationally

August has brought several international delegations to HAUS. Learning visits are a good way to promote good governance globally. For visitors, the learning visit is scheduled to last about a week. It makes it possible to familiarise oneself with Finnish best practices through observation and benchmarking. In early autumn, HAUS organised learning visits for delegations from Jordan, Taiwan, Tanzania and Zambia.

“We have organised similar visits to HAUS for over twenty years. Learning visits are an excellent way to get to know the Finnish public sector in a short period of time. This year, visitors have been particularly interested in open and transparent public administration and ways to make central government more efficient,” says Kirsi Aaltola, Director of Development Business at HAUS.
