Twinning: Improving the operational and administrative capacity of the customs authority. Component 2: Improving the competencies for the customs staff both at central and territorial level, 12/2008 – 03/2010

The settlement of the integration capacity into EU Customs Union of the Romanian Administration in order to enable the achievement of full harmonisation with the EU acquis and European Union best practices. Consolidation and development of a complete and unitary Customs training system by improving the ability of Customs staff to perform its tasks after enlargement, taking into account the EU standards for civil servants specific career.
