Twinning Light: Capacity Building of the National School for Public Administration 02/2015-08/2015

Enhancing capacity of the public administration through systematic professional development of public sector staff at all levels with the purpose to function effectively and efficiently.  The purpose of the project is to strengthen the institutional and administrative capacity of the National School for Public Administration (NSPA) in order to further improve its role as the overall coordination and implementation body for in-service training in the public administration.
