Technical Assistance to implement key measures of the Programme for the implementation of the National Anti – Corruption Strategy, 11/2004 – 11/2005
To strengthen transparency and accountability in public sector and the public administration by regulating the interface between the public and private sector. This objective will be achieved by establishing clear and effective rules concerning citizen-civil servant interface, including any possible media /citizens/NGOs involvement/participation in the fight against corruption.
To strengthen transparency in decision –making process at the central and regional levels of government by institutionalising effective citizen consultation and feedback mechanisms and procedures.
