The HaaS partnership model
The HAUS as a Service (HaaS) partnership model offers Finnish public administration organisations an uncomplicated and cost-efficient way to integrate HAUS training services to their operations, and offers a service model that supports learning and the development of competence.
The HaaS partnership model supports the development of the organisation’s competence as part of strategic HR planning. The HaaS partnership model is used to review the organisation’s objectives and needs, to identify development solutions, and to achieve and fulfil them.
Coaching services, 360 degree feedback, vocational qualifications and long-term leadership coaching are also available by separate agreement.
