A group of management and personnel of ReSPA, Regional School of Public Administration, visited HAUS on 20 – 21 December in a purpose of study visit. ReSPA is an international organisation which aims to promote regional cooperation in the field of public administration in the Western Balkans. ReSPA is established to support the Western Balkans on their way to EU accession. Member countries of ReSPA are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia and its offices are located in Danilovgrad, Montenegro.

The study visit included lectures on Finnish civil service training, HAUS training and online programmes, leadership training and coaching and also on ethical leadership and wellbeing at work. Both HAUS and ReSPA got to learn more about each other and their activities. Both parties were very pleased after the visit and HAUS and ReSPA will continue well started mutual cooperation in the future.
