A group from Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic Belarus visited HAUS on a four-day study tour last week. The visit was a good start to the future cooperation between the organizations. HAUS and Academy of Public Administration undersigned an agreement of cooperation in January 2016 in Minsk.
Rector of the Academy, Marat Zhylinski, was among the high-standing group. The study tour included lectures on civil service, civil service training and public sector in Finland as well as visits to School of Management in University of Tampere, HR Development Unit of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Governance Policy and Public Services Unit in the Ministry of Finance.
Dean of the School of Management Antti Lönnqvist and several professors and researchers
met the group in Tampere.
The group also visited the Administration of the City of Helsinki and Adult Education Institute.
